Great place with great amenities like wi-fi, fitness center, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me find directions during my first stay, which I still remember. Highly recommend for a comfortable trip!

Hotel's American breakfast had something for everyone. I got a decent sized and well-designed room with a storage space, a minibar, and a lounge area.
The hotel staff was exceptionally busy.

The deluxe king room was neat, it had a storage, a minibar, and a lounge. The breakfast was delicious and absolutely superb with both Danish, wine plus the healthy option, and the restaurant's offer was OUTSTANDING.

great access to parks and iconic landmarks for strolls
I had a fantastic time enjoying the proximity to the National Museum of Denmark, just a short walk away, and being able to easily reach the vibrant atmosphere of the Round Tower, only a pleasant 2 km stroll through the city.

It's clean, gorgeous accommodation within 10 minutes' walk of the metro. The deluxe king room is updated and neat. The location is marvellous and lovely, 15 minutes' walk to a world-class amusement park.

everything was almost good but one of the staff was really rude , i can't believe that a 5 star hotel could have a Receptionist like him , and of course i'm talking about the chiens guy " chio " , I will never stay on this hotel again because of him, also i will not advies any of my friends to go there .

The hotel's location by the sea offered stunning water views, and the breakfast spread was varied and delicious, enhancing our family's stay. We loved relaxing by the window while watching ships pass by.

Very comfortable and plush room. Great location, within walking distance from the central train station. City view rooms have view of the tallest rides at Tivoli. Friendly helpful staff.
Room was lacking in facilities - no hairdryer, bathrobes or kettle which I would expect from a 5 star hotel as standard. I would have been disappointed if i'd paid the full price.

Great for family with children!
The view from our Beautiful room was Lovely! We could watch boats passing by all day and it was just perfect for our family. Plus, the breakfast buffet? Absolutely very nice! It had everything you could imagine. My kids loved the fresh pancakes!
It wasn't super cheap, but honestly, it felt worth it for what we got.

The water view room was lovely (we had the 9th floor). The rooms were large, very clean and comfortable. Despite booking a city view room as it was cheaper we were upgraded as there were none of our room type available on arrival.
There was no coffee machine or kettle in the room and the price of a coffee was ridiculous let alone the breakfast price. It was also a shame the hotel rooms have no balconies, particularly overlooking the water it would have been nice.
